Classic Harbor Line Key West
We’re Back Sailing in Key West Harbor!
We are preparing to drop lines! As Monroe County prepares to open back up to tourism on June 1st, Classic Harbor Line is actively readying to set sail! We have June 5th set as our first day to operate, and we could not be more excited to sail again.
Guests can book tickets now with plenty of new options on ticket flexibility. Also, there have been many updates on our operating practices that guests should review:
1 – All tickets are fully refundable (convertible or allowed for a reschedule) up until 24 hours in advance for ANY reason.
2 – ‘Public Buy Out’ options are available on all of our excursions if you would like to secure a sail for only your close family or friends through the end of June.
In accordance with the City of Key West ordinance regarding commercial vessel operations:
3 – Capacity is reduced to 50% or less on all of our excursions.
4 – All tickets reservations must be made online (www.sail-keywest.com) or over the phone (305-293-7245)
5- Guests will be given assigned ‘zones’ to practice social distancing on all of our cruises.
6 – All guests and crew must wear a face covering at all times.
7- All crew will be temperature checked before reporting to work, and all guests will be temperature checked before each cruise. Any crew or guest with a temperature of 100.4 or greater will be turned away, and given the recommendation to consult a medical professional. Additionally, any crew or guest displaying any apparent symptoms of illness will be turned away, and given the recommendation to consult a medical professional.
8 – Hand sanitizer will be made available throughout the vessel.
9 – Contactless transactions are enabled throughout the experience, including ticket purchase, check-in, bar purchases, and tipping.
10 – Crew will administer full sanitization of the vessel between every trip.
Additionally, Classic Harbor Line will be closely adhering to the guidelines set forth by the Passenger Vessel Association, which cites the CDC guidelines and gives specific guidance to our industry on how to safely operate under Covid-19 conditions.
