  1. All tickets are fully refundable, convertible to gift card, or allowed to reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of the booking.
  2. Private charters are available for online booking if you would like to secure a sail for only your close family or friends. Or save the 6% processing fee and book over the phone at 305-293-7245.
  3. Schooner America 2.0 is a facial mask-friendly environment. Our crew will be wearing masks and as per federal regulations, we encourage guests to do so, as well, when they are not actively eating or drinking.
  4. Capacity is reduced on all of our excursions to allow for space between groups.
  5. Guests are given assigned ‘seating zones’ to encourage social distancing on all of our cruises. You may specify a preferred area of seating (i.e., bow, middle, cockpit) on the boat during the booking process.
  6. Hand sanitizer is available to guests throughout the vessel.
  7. Contactless transactions are enabled throughout the experience, including ticket purchase, check-in, bar & retail purchases, and gratuities.COVID-19 UPDATE!

COVID-19 UPDATE!

Do I have to wear a mask the entire time?
Per City of Key West regulations, guests are required to wear masks outside while in public. Per federal US Coast Guard regulations, guests are required to wear masks on board any commercial vessel unless actively eating or drinking. We endeavor to begin food and drink service on all of our trips as soon as we are able.

What is the air ventilation like?
All seating on Schooner America 2.0 is in open air on the outer decks.

How much space is between me and the next person?
Each group will be given their own “seating zone,” in order to allow social distancing to the greatest extent possible.

Can I choose my assigned ‘Zone’ or ‘Table’?
During the booking process, you can make seating requests (i.e. port bow, starboard, forward, etc), and we will accommodate you as best we can.

How many guests will be on the boat?
Capacity is reduced to allow for space between parties on all of our excursions. We are USCG certified for 85 passengers. Due to COVID-19, capacity has been reduced approximately 20-25%.
