  WE BOARDED THE BEAUTIFUL SCHOONER AND WERE GREETED BY THE FRIENDLY CREW. FREE BEER AND WINE WERE COMPLIMENTARY ALONG WITH CHEESE TRAYS AND SHRIMP. THE BOAT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND I HAD A GREAT TIME ON MY BIRTHDAY (NEW YEARS EVE). THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE CELEBRATED ON THIS BOAT AND IT SURE BEATS GETTING SQUISHED BY THE CROWDS ON THE DOCK!

• Great way to spend New Year’s Eve

  It was a great combination of being at a popular event without having to deal with the crowds. The wooden sailing ship was in beautiful condition. The staff was courteous and responsive to our needs. The provisions were delicious chicken wings, hot and meaty; and the champagne just kept flowing. We were located right across from where the Schooner Wharf Wench was lowered at midnight. And the other passengers were diverse and interesting. Lovely time and we would do it again !

• Good Views

  The boat provides a private view of the Dropping of the Pirate Wench from the mast. As Europeans used to massive firework displays at New Year, the event was fun. There was free flowing champagne and some crudites and dips to wet our tastebuds, and the crew worked hard to integrate everyone who wanted to be integrated without being intrusive. As relative oldies we were happy to pay the relatively high price to be able to sit and be served in comfort rather than fight our way among the crowds on shore. It suited what we wanted perfectly.

  Food was good, service was great, drinks were limited in variety, but plentiful. Great view of the pirate wench drop. Nice people as fellow passengers. Glad I experienced it, beautiful vessel.

• New Year’s Eve Bash!

  We enjoyed a delightful evening on the Schooner America 2.0. The boat was tied up at the epicenter of Schooners’ Wharf’s New Years celebration. While a large crowd attended their event, we sat, listened to music, enjoyed appetizers and pleasant conversation. The crew was very hospitable. It was a great evening. Don’t go; there were very limited tickets and I need room to bring all of my friends next year.

Refund/Rescheduling Policy We happily offer ticket reschedule, cancellation, refund, or gift card conversion up to 24 hours prior to a trip’s departure date. Please call 305-293-7245 for any requests for cancellation and refund, rescheduling or conversion to gift credit. We can also be reached by email at [email protected]. If you arrive late for your departure and miss the boat, your ticket cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Trip Cancellation Protection Some of our trips offer Trip Cancellation Protection, which allows you to reschedule, cancel and refund, or convert your tickets up to 1 hour prior to your trip’s departure time for an additional 8% fee. You MUST contact our ticket booth at 305-293-7245 at least 1 hour prior to your trip’s departure time in order to activate the cancellation protection. You may also submit a cancellation request in writing to [email protected] no later than 1 hour in advance of departure. All associated ticket costs, minus the cost of the 8% Trip Cancellation Protection plan and any associated processing fees, are transferable or refundable. Trip Cancellation Protection is not available for some special events. Seller-Related Cancellations If Classic Harbor Line Key West is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time subject to availability, receive credit for a future event, or receive a refund. Gratuities In most cases except for special events, gratuity is not included in your ticket cost. It is customary to tip your crew. This can be done in advance during the booking process, or at the end of your trip. Drugs and Alcohol Policy

• There is no smoking aboard our vessels.
• You are not permitted to bring your own alcohol aboard our vessels.
• Boarding may be denied if you arrive visibly intoxicated.
• If you are found in possession of illegal drugs while on board our vessel the drugs will be confiscated and you will be handed over to the Coast Guard or Harbor Police.

Boarding Pass Liability Verbiage Upon arrival you will receive a boarding pass at the ticket booth. By redeeming your boarding pass you agree to the following terms:

• You acknowledge that sailing is inherently dangerous and waive all risks outside the reasonable control of the owners or operators of Classic Harbor Line operated vessel (“Classic”)
• You agree that Classic shall not be held vicariously liable for the intentional or negligent acts of any person not employed by Classic or committed while off duty or outside the course and scope of employment.
• Classic shall have the benefit of all statues of the United States of America providing for limitation and exoneration from liability.
• Classic shall not be liable to you for damages for emotional distress, mental suffering/anguish or psychological injury.
• LIMITATION ON TIME TO BRING SUIT: Classic shall not be liable for any claims for personal injury, illness, or death unless filed within 1 year after voyage. Classic shall not be liable for any other claims unless filed within six months after voyage.
• All disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incident to this contract shall be litigated before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in Manhattan or before a court located in New York County, New York.
